bad service ever

<p>i took an insurance last year with avbob i was working for another company and they deducted it through work, norw i got a new job somewhere and i called the represantative and i filled some forms for them to debit through my acc and signed to my suprise tthe didnt deduct money at all, i went to krugersdorp office to find out what is going on and i filled another form for them to debit still nothing happend, to my suprise today i get a call that my policy has lapsed and if something happend they wont pay out, im so disapointend imagine all the energy i toook for them to debit in my acc and nothing happend now the policy has lapsed after 11 months of paying the policy with out strugles only after changing my job so now its my fault while i was up and down filling up forms for them to debit now i lost all the money i paid for 11 months IM SO DISPOINTED WITH AVBOB </p>
