BAD SERVICE By AVBOB

We have been clients of AVBOB for the past 10 years. We are all covered with them under different policies. But we are now considering to cancel all due to the bad service that we are receiving from the company. We have been trying to enquire with them regarding 1 of our policies since end of May with no luck since they were offline. Now after 3 months they are back online but we are now told our policy has lapsed and there is nothing they can do. This is after we have been visiting their branches fro the past 3 months without been helped due to their own system issues. And mind you this is a policy for our mother who is old and will not be able to be covered anymore by any insurer due to her age. We are now been told we should have made payments at retailers, but we were advised to wait for their systems to open up before making the payments. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO TAKE A POLICY WITH.
