Bad service
I sent you guys emails requesting for my policy schedule and cancelation letter. A few weeks back I got an SMS saying that my policy has been cancelled and the documents will follow. I'm still waiting and nothing has been sent. I've been sending you guys emails from November requesting those documents, this is frustrating because I need those documents ASAP. This is for policy number AL43859***6
