Bad service and covid 19 regulations breach

What a horrible experience I've had with avbob. 100 years of experience that they boast with is nonsense. If you can't get things right in 100 years then you need to close the business. I was waiting at the mortuary for over 7 hours for avbob Umbilo to collect my mothers body. I made arrangements to have my mothers body moved from Durban to Empangeni. I got to Empangeni and I was told that there was an issue with the driver. I am at Empangeni literally staring at 3 chairs because there was no one to assist. I have photos! The covid 19 regulations are not followed because there is over 30 people standing. Not a single person is making sure that the regulations are followed. This has been the worst experience ever and would not recommend advob Empangeni and Umbilo to anyone.
