Bad service

We have a very bad infact a horrable experience from Avbob Avbob company both in Capetown and queenstown. We lost our brother so my younger brother had a funeral policy with Avbob. We decided to them because the body was in Capetown. He was going to be buried in zingqutu Eastern cape. That is where our frustration started .to get the documents so that we can claim from policy until the day of funeral was just misery .I wouldn't like anybody to go through
