Bad Service

I accidentally paid Avbob R10005.00 instead of R1500 on the 25 Jul 2024 and I called them spoke to an Agent Surprice of which he asked for my banking details and proof of payment. I sent documents and 26 Jul 2024 I sent email to check and he confirm they received the money and refund will be in 48 Hrs but till today 31 July 2024 they have not paid it back. I called more than 10 times to Speak to Surprice he was always busy and at last I spoke to Sherina of which she advised that her manager Liezel does not want to approve the refund because on my statement shows that I paid before the salary was cleared from the bank till now they don’t take my calls no reply on emails now I don’t even know where to go. This clearly shows if one day I put a claim will have problem with them
