Bad service

I have a burial policy at Avbob 3 weeks ago I lost a brother and mamel2branch were my burial site but the staff there are so horrible and their manager by the name of Lele is the worst and I won't encourage anyone from my family to open a policy with the company that doesn't know how to treat people on their most painful journey, i have joined another company for my family burial and waiting for my 3mths probation. But Avbob ur the worst and I hope u can deal with ur employees like Thato baloyi cause the guy is rude and ur going to loose clients because of lack of discipline and training
