Bad service

I went to Ermelo avbob i wanted to change the ownership of my Policy. I was referred to Mr Makhanya for assistance. The guy called avbob headoffice and they said they are going to send him the forms that i needed to fill and attach supporting documents. He then said to me he is going to call me and email me the forms. A week past and the was nothing from him,i then went to the office again and i was informed that be is out to do presentation and they ask me to leave my details and he is going to call me. Still nothing from him. The following day i google the're number and called and i was informed that he is on tha line he will call me back,i waited and waited but he never did call. Now i dont know how i can be assisted now,because Ermelo is the closest Avbob office from me even though its 100km away but its the closest. I must say i am dissappointed with the Mr Makhanya character and the way they keep on making empty promises
