Bad service

<p>My brother had a Policy with Avbob Policy no: AL ********** X8, he passed away on the 21st of August, we call to claim, they couldnt assit us as Lydia Motaung she is an Avbob employee added herself as a main beneficiary on my Brothers Policy, so we couldnt give our Brother a dignified Funeral because Avbob refued to assist us with the claim that was done by their employee, why should we suffer for that? I have been calling the Call center it seems no one understands what we going through, i have been liasing with Nelly from the Claims Department but she also making empty promises, since the passing of my brother we still waiting for his money to be paid till now...I am really disgusted by such a big company like Avbob, i wanted to continue with the Policy but hell no thank you.</p> <p>Can we have our Brothers money please, and you will do your own Internal investigation regarding your Employee.</p>
