Bad service

<p>My sister passed away and after arranging for a death certificate for my work, I was yelled at by the receptionist at Meyerton the following day saying that I cannot have one. According to her I can do nothing about her yelling at customers. The coffin that my sister was burried in pulled away from the sides and the gap at the face of the flatlid coffin was also not closed. The paint work on the coffin is horrible!!!! </p>
