Bad Service

I would like to report Avbob in Capetown Kuilsrivier the pathetic service we got from them.. We buried without the claim and qoutation been seen and signed the lady called Lunga is the one helping us with a very bad attitude who sends us from pillar to post....The deceased passed on the 7th May 2020 but we only got death certificate on the 14th May we had to postpone the funeral due to this incident ..After all this we calling everyday for the qoutation she doesnt send to us.. Is it the kind of service that we should get from Avbob
