Bad funeral service received

AVBOB your funeral service is disappointing! My gran was a loyal client since 1999 and when she needed you the most you let the family down. Due to in house politics, the one blaming the other, between the he**** driver David (the most helpful) and the husband (Alister) of the lady who does the arrangements (Michelle) at the Maitland branch in Cape Town, my gran was left with scratches on her coffin and a dirty, little cart to put our coffin on at the church, photo's attached. You embarrassed our family at the 11th hour of my late grandmother's funeral! Now Jaques wants to have a meeting the staff but it's too late for us there's no undoing what happened on Saturday morning!

Disgusted in your service!!!!, Will never recommend you to anyone.
