Bad customer service I received at Avbob

Dear Admin Good day My name is Precious Mawae I have a serious Problem with Avbob I have a policy with them which was due for cashback on the 1st of October 2013 and my brother also has the policy there which was also due for cashback, he got his cashback after he claimed at Pretoria head office. I claimed on the 2nd at Orkney North West and they somehow paid him twice when I went there they told me they didn’t check initials they only checked surnames, I was told by their consultant to go and ask my younger brother to pay me at the time he had already used the money which started a huge fight I’ve been sending them emails and fb inboxes they only respond once telephonically telling me they will investigate, it’s about a month now and when I call they send me from pillar to post and they don’t even bother to respond to my emails can you kindly help me on this
