Bad customer service

I am not happy with their custom service I made a claim on 3rd August 2021 for my mother's funeral they didn't pay even now, avbob are just throwing from pillar to post, no update about my claim.

The problem is that there was no communication from avbob side, I was unable to know what was happening to my claim. May you please improve in the way you communicate
