Bad claim service

I am so heart broken about the way Avbob from Eshowe Branch KZN handled the claim for my late brother. My mom as a beneficiary submitted all necessary documents for claim on 2023-04-26, the Avbob promised that the claimed money will reflect on the account on friday 2023-04-28,,the friday come nothing being transferred, i phoned the Branch manager his phone was on voice mail. The funeral was on 2023-04-29,,we have to borrow money and use our credit cards to give our brother the dignity funeral as Avbob failed us. The money was transferred on 2023-05-02 round about 7 pm,,that money didn't help us as the funeral was already passed,,and we were already on interest debts we did for our brothers funeral I am also a member of Avbob,when i joined it 13 years back they said the claim are processed within 24 hours
