Avoid joining Avbob by all means.

I joined Avbob in the hope that i would have peace of mind in the unfortunate event that a love one would pass. Needless to say, Avbob were FANTASTIC at signing me up, taking my monthly premiums and my annual premium increases. ALAS, the day I cancelled the policy, everything "good" about Avbob went out the window. Firstly, they continued debiting my account EVEN AFTER cancelling and i had to do so via my bank. Secondly, i have been on numerous calls and sent numerous mails requesting my refund - I cancelled in September - and to date, still NO REFUND!!!!!!!!!
