AVOB in Kroonstad provides pathetic service

AVOB in Kroonstad provides pathetic service. My mother passed away on 09/04/2023. AVBOB transported her body to their mortuary. It's 9 days later and my mom is still in the mortuary. We're still struggling to get a death certificate from them. They make no effort to help us. Every time we approach AVBOB Kroonstad they have an excuse and a different price for the silent cremation. We cannot come to rest because my mother is still in the morgue. We cannot hold the mourning service. My family, my mom's friend, and the church keep on asking me when my mother's mourning service is. We struggle to get over my mother's death and AVBOB just makes it harder for us. At the end of the day, we have to pay for all the days my mother spent in their morgue. Where are we going to get all that kind of money? Then they still have the audacity to tell my brother and sister that they had a person who had been in the morgue for 28 days, waiting to be buried. Please guys, please do your homework before you decide which business to use.
