Avbov cash back

I am soooooo disappointed by Avbob, I have been waiting for my cash back since. It has been four days and the waiting period is over and I am supposed to bury my loved one the following day. When I went there and called Head Office, they only told me that they had not processed the payment and they are to still process it meanwhile I had set the funeral date for my loved one for the next day. What a huge inconvenience of our family! I submitted everything on time and they take a while to process payment. What a disappointment and a huge inconvenience by Avbob, this has caused us more pain as a family!!!!!
