Avbob's broken promises

The promise from Avbob is that they will be there for you in your time of need, of which is not true. I took out two policies and claimed on both at the same time. The Claims should have been settled within 48hrs, but only the one was successfully executed with the funeral taking place, as the funeral was being co-ordinated by Avbob.

The other was a cash claim of which needed to be paid out prior the funeral even taking place (as a *** was necessary, and certain rituals needed to be performed, needing cash); needless to say nearly two weeks later the cash component has not cleared, leaving one using their credit card in hopes of reimbur*****t.

This is pathetic service even by their own policies, is goes against any promise they give the public.
