AVBOB WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

AVBOB is the worst company to deal with. I would never suggest this company to anybody. As a matter of fact, we are cancelling our policies with them.

When my brother in law died they delivered him five minutes before the service to the church. We had to ask them to bring the leaflets.

Then we had to phone the Kempton Branch as well as head office to get the death certificate (after many lies from the staff). They said that it is with the Doctor's rooms. When I phoned the Doctors they said that they have already contacted AVBOB a week ago to fetch it.

The funeral was on 5 August this year. Still, we have not received my Brother in Law's wedding ring, nor his ashes or even an account for that matter. Every time that the family contacts them they have yet another lie waiting for them.

I have contacted the head office, they said that they would follow up. I contacted the Kempton Branch, left a message for the manager, he did not even put any effort into contact me.

I have never in my life seen such bad service. Why can't they make life just a little easier for the people that stay behind and why cover up everything with so many lies.
