Avbob.... wonderful service.

Had to get clarity on a very old policy and spoke with Christian Nkosi at their customer care centre... what a wonderful, helpful young man! A few days later we had to finalise funeral arrangements for our amazing mother at Avbob in Paarl (first communication with the friendly voice of Rashieda!). Thank you to Jovan Venter and to Nicki for their outstanding, compassionate service. We were made to feel so comfortable, and taken through the process with care and respect. What a blessing to experience such care in the midst of so much pain.
