AVBOB withholding ***** investigation results and refund
On 13 March 2025, after having tried to reach out to AVBOB via email and DM on X their X page (Twitter) and bring completely ignored I wrote a review on Hello Peter, regarding a *****ulent stop order of R609. 50 which they are deducting from my salary. At this point they had already made 2 *****ulent deductions.
On 14 March 2025, they rep**** and said they would investigate the matter, however they continued to *****ulently deduct money from my salary, including my lastest salary in May 2025.
On 20 May 2025, AVBOB sent me an SMS claiming that they have concluded the investigation and would "post" the outcome of the investigation "shortly. " 8 days later, it is now the 28th of May 2025 and I have not received any feedback with regards to their investigation and when they will stop the *****ulent stop order deductions and refund me the 4 *****ulent deductions that they have taken already of R609. 50 ×4=R2438
