AVBOB ... were here for you..Really? Family Tree growing or fallen?

Good day I am writing this complaint today on behalf of a humble african gentleman , Michael , that has been through a very traumatic and tragic time , I logged it 2 days ago on AVBOB general queries with no reply ... I have been watching your TV ads and it has been really touching seeing how AVBOB cares for people , Humbly we stand and proudly we grow...100 years ...Join the AVBOB Family as we care???? Today I am in tears and disappointed to know that what you are saying are not true . Michael has an AVBOB policy ( ********** 559087) he is an hardworking individual that has been working hard to provide for his family , working extra after hours & weekends for an extra income. He was saving a long time before he could afford a car last year- and was caught by ********** selling a second hand car he paid for but never received. He has small children at home and is a loving caring father , his wife ( ********** 092086) fell pregnant this year and he was hoping for the son he does not have , a couple of weeks ago the clinic advised that the unborn baby does not have an heartbeat , at the hospital she was sent from pillar to post and after a week they were told baby died - the hospital did not take proper care and she sadly passed away Saturday. Michael is a broken man , sitting with 3 small children , no wife and a funeral that needs to take place in the Eastern Cape , when he called AVBOB to claim he was informed he is 2 months in arrears - he changed his bank account and thought all debit orders would be transferred - he went to the bank and paid the 2 months just to be told his claim has been rejected due to this as they see him just paying it now so that he can claim - no support or referrals done. He has asked his employer to loan him money as the family caring AVBOB wants R16000( yes he is still doing it through AVBOB even though they failed him) - He is a broken man that has lost his wife & unborn son and no-one left to take care of his small daughters at home and now he still has to add to the burden of owing money . I am humbly begging and pleading with you to please re-look at his claim and show compassion and understanding for what he has been through this year, hoping that you will look at him as part of the AVBOB FAMILY and to reconsider helping Michael to make his life a little easier during this difficult time.
