Avbob very bad service

My mother and Father passed away just over a month from each other - Avbob Kempton Park handled the arrangement for us. Both times we had a battle to get our parents money from them. What is a person to do? They got paid for their arrangement but to get your change from them is a mission. Avbob Pol nr *** Metropolitan has paid the money to you over a week ago and still no refund to us. Ansa and Kobie just not returning calls. Pathetic to say the least in the time of need they are not there for you. Are they in financial trouble?
