I have experienced the worst service ever by a representative of this company from vanderbiljpark her name is Elize. We lodge a claim because we have a funeral on Saturday and we were promised that we will get best funeral and the courtation which was mentioned to us was that the bus is included only to find out that it's not yesterday and when I called Elize was very rude and even told me to come to her office she will be waiting with an attitude. I hope I don't deal with her anymore and avbob
