avbob unfairly rejected my claim

avbob rejected my claim and they were very rude to me when i called to enquire as to why my claim was rejected after my aunt passed on. i made a claim with the cp.plaints department on the 10th of june 2019 and they havent even responded to my complaint, i keep calling them for and i get the same response that they will contact me . they have no empathy, no respect and no ubuntu.
