Avbob Tygervalley - Extremely bad service!!

My mother passed away and had an Avbob funeral plan. Had my first experience with funerals and all the arrangements, but I wish no one else get this degree of bad service that I received!! I had to fight all the way, up and till now. I asked for carnations and lilly's, got carnations and looks like all s****s of flowers that was left from other flower arrangements. Had to fight to get the death certificate and papers Only after following up, the funeral letter was sent to me, after 2 days, for approval Now, almost 4 weeks after she passed away, they only send the body for cremation! Extremely disappointed!! Laid a complaint on Avbob's website, with no reply at all!!
