Avbob thinks they are above the law

I don’t know what to do anymore.Avbob is full of bullies and a bunch of ******* who think they can take people’s money and get away with it.I blocked them from deducting in December, because I received an sms saying I’m part of Avbob while I didn’t finalize anything with the agent.They went back again and deducted while I kept sending letters to them via email.They deducted over R300 from my persal while I cancelled the policy and even laid a complaint.They don’t even reply the emails and I was promised my money back but they keep shifting things and lying to me.It’s emotionally draining and R303,00 is a lot for a single mother of 2.
