AVBOB, the worst service I've ever received

My dearest mom passed away on the 13th July. Her body was collected by Avbob, from her home the following day. Today marks fifty days.... That's right, 50 DAYS, that I am waiting for her to be cremated.

I have phoned & sent umpteen emails to the branch, Facebook & even head office, complaint department but get no assistance whatsoever.

This is not a broken watch or a poor quality product, this is my Mom.... My beautiful mom. Can you imagine the heartache of letting your mom lie in a metal drawer for fifty days?

I would stay far away from this company, they have caused me endless stress & heartache at a time I would like to mourn and honor my mother.

Hopefully someone will read this & I can help them avoid the unnecessary pain I've encountered.
