AVBOB SUPPORT + NON PAYMENT LACKING

I am waiting for AVBOB to contact me regarding refunding of premiums owing after I logged ***** case with them about 4/5 months ago. They still have not contacted me nor have they made any arrangements to pay monies owing.

I also, after each email I sent to them, get a new support representative who asks me to start the complaints process again/other unrelated request - like send a bank statement - when all of this was done already and finalised by them hence my confusion. I have emails of all correspondence. I would like AVBOB to sort this matter urgently or I shall approach my lawyers and ask them to handle this on my behalf. Ridiculous.
