Avbob sucks - I don't recommend the brand

brand promises a 48-hour turn-around , I have already buried the deceased & I'm still waiting for payout. How do you deal with this when you're grieving ? this is totally unprofessional and unexceptable. I will not recommend AVBOB to anyone. Is it not ironic that I personally submitted my documents on the 29 July but until now, there's no progress. I called and e-mailed the GM & CEO, who ignored my e-mail. This behavior is contrary to their brand promise. I'm extremely disappointed to this pathetic customer service. Sad that the vulnerable will be subjected to this sub-standard service. Bad is an understatement.
