AVBOB showed me the " middle finger 🖕 " after so many years of contributions. They collect my money knowing very well that they are not covering people in the neighboring country's

I was mislead to cover my aunt who is a Lesotho resident by AVBOB broker's knowing very well that they will not pay when I am claiming the money. They have been collecting money from me **********ly knowing very well that the Lesotho doesn't issue out paperwork that is required when someone is dead. I found out when I was reviewing my policies on February that they will not pay me should anything happened. When I contacted them for answers, I was taking from pillar to post. Today when I was demanding that they pay back what I have contributed because they new very well that I will not be assisted should my aunt passed away, they showed me the middle finger. I was told that I can go to ombudsman and elsewhere they don't care.
