Avbob Secunda is a ****

My brother passed away without a policy, I then went to Avbob Vryheid, and they quoted me R20,000 for repatriate and coffin basically it was all cost included. The body was repatriated from Vryheid to Secunda. I went to Secunda Avbob included a flowers and grave maker then the priced changed to R30 000 which was 50% more of the actual quote and I told them to remove flowers and flowers costed R2,500 and still I dent understand about R7 500 that was added. i paid the money because time was not on side, I had to bury my brother with peace and dignity but after burial. I requested that they email me an invoice on the 25th of August, but they told me that they can't email me an invoice I have to get it from Vryheid branch whiles I made a payment from Secunda branch but until now I am still waiting for a mere invoice.

This kind of service is very bad and totally unacceptable. During this time, we frustrated by losing our oved one, but Avbob decide to make mourning even difficult by adding huge amount of money unnecessary. I'm not sure that their transport from Secunda to Embalenhle costs like R5000. I'm really not happy about this kindly of service. if they respond to this, I will take this matter further because a lot of people seems like they suffer this kind of treatment and keep quiet about it. I have all the names of the people who helped me from Avbob Vryheid and Avbob Secunda.
