Avbob Secunda. My mother passed away 26 September. @ 2 in the morning. I phoned Avbob, Ben answered. I did not know what to expect. Ben came to our house, professionally dressed. One of the many prints my brain stored that night. He showed empathy, respects and sincere professionalism. Thank you for your kindness, the way you explained to us the unknown. The way you respected my mom. Your smile when I saw you afterwards, as if you know me. Thank you for being a light through this extreme difficult time.
