Avbob Sebokeng are ******.

The service i received from Avbob Baragwanath was exceptional. We were now referred to Avbob Sebokeng for the arrangements, I can say in terms of communication, they did so well. We chose a specific coffin for the burial and we didnt receive what we ordered, on that part they never communicated, instead they call me 2days later and wait for me to highlight the issue only then they blame the mortuary and want to refund the difference. Lebo and Kamohelo, dont understand the pain and embarrassment they put us through, I dont buy their story as with everything else they were able to alert us but the issue of the coffin they did not at all. Can I please have my full refund with an apology as when i received a Quotation from Avbob i paid with no hesitance.
