Avbob Savings Plan delays with surrendering

I've had a savings plan with Avbob. I have been emailing and calling in order to Surrender my savings. On the calls they said they would email me the surrender form but they haven't I've been refreshing my emails. I wouldn't have surrendered if I didn't need the money. This makes me think it will take even longer to process the surrender of they can't even email me the form I'm supposed to fill on time
