AVBOB REPS COMMITING ***** AND COMPANY NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT

A Avbob representative approached me at work asking if he could check if im due for cash bonuses. I gave him my date of birth and he accessed it not even my full ID number. He says im not due but it seems i dont have a beneficiary on the account, which i knew about, he says i can just give him my spouse's name,cell number and address so it can be added. Beneficiary meaning he will get the benefits if I pass. Only to see on my paysheet the following month my Avbob installment went from R430 to R990 give or take some change. This rep of Avbob added policies to my name which I did not consent to!!! I think he assumed it would go undetected as its deducted straight from my paysheet. People be aware please. I have contacted Avbob which was the 19th of Feb 2021 and was ibstructed to contact the refunds dept,which I did and its today the 8th of March 2021 and no one has contacted me at all...via sms, telephone or via email. Do not trust people from Avbob even if thy wear a **** and give you the Avbob business card thy are ******** out for your hard earned money.
