Avbob refuse info to heirs

I visited avbob today and was advised that i needed a court order in accordance with the popi act because my brother werner presented a document not to give me a copy of a death certificate of my late stephfather death certificate instructed by mr werner landsberg to the heirs of the estate to me. The document died as of 23/12/2021 and the death as absa has his last will is and testament. The letter of intend died when nick Dorfling passed when he passes and avbob refused to as per my visit to roodepoort leon indicated that we needed to get a court order needs to obtain as mr werner indicated he has full power to handle the estate. My attorney indicated that we as heirs as nicolas dorfling estate with his last will is with absa is the original and last will as any will after mr dorfling was admitted at a facility as he could no longer after himself as he could mot take medicince without supervision. Under circumstances we ask for a copy of the death certificate to rendered to the family to have absa record the death an finish the estate
