AVBOB Randfontein - Pathetic

Avbob left us humiliated at our father's funeral. Not only did they arrive late but upon arrival they only brought 16 out of the 70 pamphlets (which were the wrong ones), they forgot to bring flowers and a stand for a canvas as promised.

While our father was still in the he**** they drove up and down trying to gather the things they forgot. The 3rd time we asked if we could please remove him from the he**** before he goes back to the office to get the flowers.

When they returned the 3rd time the flowers were wilt and we did not get what we ordered at all. Our guests had no funeral pamphlets and we were humiliated, traumatized and felled ashamed to send our father away like this.

The worst part of it all is that they arrived with a different coffin then what we have ordered, the coffin was damaged and full of heavy-duty staples.

While we all understand and respect that these are difficult times and that funeral homes are extremely under pressure, Avbob should have rather told us that they do mot have the capacity and rather referred.

They should have acted like a professional, protected their reputation rather than take advantage of a grieving family, chase money and traumatized an entire family and ruined a loved ones memorial.

Ashamed!!
