Avbob Pretoria East has Superstars

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ashlyn la Meyer from the Pretoria East branch for her assistance and for going the extra mile whilst assisting me with the funeral arrangements and repatriation of my late Aunts remains.

Having just recently concluded 3 other funeral transactions with Avbob, my expectations were high. Unfortunately I ended up at the Pretoria East branch after receiving unsatisfactory service at another Pretoria branch. Ashlyn immediately noticed how distressed and disappointed I was and noted that I was about to cancel Avbob and utilise another funeral service provider. She sprang into action and worked after hours to right all the wrongs, as only Ms Ashlyn can.

I have previously had the pleasure of having Ashlyn officiate at my late husbands funeral, whilst she was based at the Bronkhorstspruit branch. Even on that occasion Ashlyn was a star and handled everything superbly which meant I had absolutely no stress on the day.

I would also like to commend Ashlyn for taking the time to fami****ise herself with the various cultural traditions practiced within SA. Ashlyn treats the deceased and each tradition with geniune respect and that means a lot to the grieving families.

Well done and thank you Ashlyn. I hope Avbob recognises how much of a superstar you are and how you go out of your way to promote a positive image of brand Avbob.
