AVBOB poor service delivery

We been with AVBOB for many year and they have treated us well till this year then everything went south i have a lot to complain about don't even know where to start first they got our dates wrong then the body arrived late when the body arrived it was already decomposing well we got passed that when it got there they did not bring the cross that fine we were going to put a tombstone cuz they said we had all to find out they will tell us we won't qualify and They keep bragging that they will pay you out double for accidental for immediate family don't believe that they did not give us a cent we ended canceling both the policy we had when them then they told us we still owe them 2000 we are so unhappy and unrepresented with AVBOB and they call them self one of the to funeral covers
