Avbob Poor Service and Useless /Usseless staff in JHB branch

iam very very disappointed with service of Avbob when you have a funeral i lodged a funeral claim on monday in johannesburg branch very disrespectful staff and unprofessional .worse of worse i had to call daily for update which i never received till i escalated several times .48 hours lapased without any payment or update till last escallation on thursday thats when i received payment later that day a day before funeral iam so so disappointedt with service of such a big company. money paid didnt include any bonuses as is said when you take cover and worse i have years and years with this cover claim takes for ever and you get send from pillar to post and told contact pretoria head office yooo what a mess i regret joining that funeral cover had to organise funeral with borrowed money that return with interest while Avbob is holding my money for no reason and not even updating me on progress . the only better lady is Tsholofelo in JHB branch the other ones are useless.
