Avbob poor payout service

I’ve been struggling to claim from Avbob since August. They’re consultant even had the guts to tell me that I won’t get payout because the policy has lapsed. That time the policyholder was the deceased. Some call center agent tried to help by sending email to claim department but even this day nobody bothered to reply.
