AVBOB POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am in AVBOB Ulundi as I write, witnessing a very poor customer service. I am at the reception and no body is there for in coming clients, even for client who came in for a mere one question, they told her to wait. Some clients have left due to hunger, some clients said, they came in earlier, left because they were ignored only to get help when they came back later
