AVBOB POLICY TAKING 6 MONTHS TO CANCEL

I lost my job in March 2019 this year, at the end of April 2019 l went to AVBOB walk-in offices in Cape Town CBD to cancel the policy and l vividly explained to the lady who served me that the Policy must be cancelled with immediate effect as l will be unable to pay monthly subscriptions as l am unemployed. She advised me and gave me a piece of paper to write a letter for the Policy cancellation and she assured me that the policy will be cancelled; to my surprise, until today the policy is not yet cancelled.l am really angry at AVBOB as they call me every month, l have to explain the same thing over and over, Please cancel this policy now and sort it out
