AVBOB policies I never took

I have policy with Avbob that i took 2 years ago and everything is going according to our agreement. What am not happy about is that on January 2021 Avbob signed another policy for me without my consent and deducted a premium on my salary. I called their office and i explained.they told me to come to the branch because the is a form that i need to fill in. Unfortunately i work far from the town where their office are. While i was still busy plans of going to Avbob, Another policy was deducting Now u have 3 Avbob policies. I was furious. I went straight to their offices at Empangeni branch. I explained everything and that I wanted my money back because I never signed for those policies. The lady asked me to go anf come back with an affidavit, bank statement and certified copies. I had to drive up and down with my petrol and time for their mistake. I came back the same day with all the documents. The lady promised that they will pay back the money. Avbob continued dedicting after I complained, I called them again. I was told to go to my employer to cancel the policies that got me angry. Up to this date Avbod never updated me about the process im the one who's been calling then using my airtime. I waited long enough for my money. I am beginning consider cancelling even the one policy i have with them.
