Avbob Orkney & Avbob Head Office bad service

I’m having a challenge with where by I haven’t received money that is due to me from avbob,I’ve registered a claim then Avbob Orkney ,Gerald says Avbob head office are the ones who made a mistake of paying the money into wrong account not my account then head office Michael Mzozo says Avbob Orkney are the one’s who made a mistake,I’m the one who calls them they don’t call me both parties I’m the one calling as if I owe them ,I pay my premiums in time,but when I’m suppose to get what is due to me I’m struggling,Rather I take this legally,what a bad service
