Avbob now failing to upgrade my policy with them
<p>My name is Khosi Tshiloane & my policy no. is AL ********** x2. when i was told 2 join Avbob funeral cover i was told that i can upgrade it when ever i want to,he said it's fine i can join 4 R10 000 then later i can chnage it too R50 000, now that i want th R25 000 i am told 2 tk another cover, i am irate as i cannot afford alot of covers & i cannot start fresh, plz amend this as it is people u train that give us fails info, i want to upgrade to R25 000 for both parents, i will not start afresh, i am disppointed with th service from Avbob</p>
