Avbob not to be trusted

MY Colleague's son passed away recently and she was just relaxed because she new that her Avbob policy is matured since she had already paid 6 months to her suprize that the policy was not matured even after paying for 6 months but they told her that once the waiting period is 6 moths. She would very much like the feed back she is unable to read in English.
