Avbob Not Assisting....

I wish I could give Avbob Randfontein including their head office a rating their not worth of any rating at all... my Mother Passed on the 24th of June 2021, my Sister passed on the 28th of June 2021. They would have been buried on the 5th of July 2021 I had to get another undertaker to bury my Sister and she was buried on the 5th by Rand West Funerals Avbob did not even inform me that they won't be able to bury my Mother in time. They postponed it till Wednesday the 7th July 2021. When I phoned to ask if we are still on for the funeral the did not even register the grave... Till now 8th July 2021 they can't give me death certificate they don't payout so you need to use Avbob.

I called the customer care number and they say that I need to speak to the branch but it is the branch manager that does not assist me.
